Common questions about SOGRACE telecare watches

How do I set up the watch?

Download the "Globe GPS Tracker" app from Google Play or App Store, scan the QR code in the watch (or enter IMEI for 2G models), register your account, and follow the in-app setup instructions.

What is the battery life?

Battery life varies by model: G Series (7 days), H Series (7-10 days), N Series (up to 14 days). Actual usage may vary based on features used.

Is the watch waterproof?

All models are IP67 rated, meaning they are splash and rain resistant. However, they should not be submerged in water or worn while swimming.

How does the SOS button work?

Press and hold the SOS button for 3 seconds. The watch will send emergency alerts to up to 5 pre-programmed contacts with your exact location, and initiate two-way calls.

Can I use the watch without a smartphone?

Yes! The watch has built-in 4G LTE connectivity, so it can make and receive calls independently. The smartphone app is only needed for initial setup and advanced features.

What networks are supported?

Our watches support 4G LTE networks globally. Please check with your local carrier for compatible SIM cards. We recommend carriers with good 4G coverage in your area.

How accurate is the GPS tracking?

Our multi-satellite system (GPS + GLONASS + BeiDou) provides location accuracy within 5 meters in open areas. Indoor accuracy may vary.
